Située 63 Avenue Tony Garnier à LYON, aux alentours de Dardilly, l’opération NEMERA est l’aménagement de plusieurs étages du bâtiment EKLAA réalisé par SOGELYM DIXENCE et AFAA.
Les étages RDC puis 4 à 6 ont été pris à bail par la société NEMERA qui a contractualisé avec COLLIERS INTERNATIONNAL , entreprise générale, pour la réalisation des travaux d’aménagement.
C’est dans le cadre de ce projet que ORIZON a été sollicitée par COLLIERS INTERNATIONNAL afin de l’accompagner durant les déroulements des travaux.
Nos missions :
- Analyse des plans EXE déjà élaborés,
- Tenu d’une réunion de lancement,
- Pointage du planning établi communément avec les intervenants,
- S’assurer que les commandes de matériaux soient faites dans le délais imposé par le planning,
- Contrôle de la bonne exécution de travaux,
- Etablissement des comptes rendus,
- Synthèse EXE avec les lots techniques et mobiliers,
- Etablissement de la liste de réserve ainsi que leurs affectations aux entreprises concernées,
- Suivi et pointage des levées de réserve,

- RDC – A destination d’un laboratoire
